    Dear Customer Service Team, I am writing to formally express my frustration and disappointment regarding the repeated failure to deliver and install two televisions that I purchased and scheduled for delivery. The delivery and installation were scheduled on three separate occasions. On each of those scheduled dates, the delivery team did not arrive, nor was I provided with timely or adequate communication explaining the delays or cancellations. To accommodate these appointments, I was required to take time off work on multiple days, resulting in lost wages and significant inconvenience. Additionally, I had planned a gathering at my home that relied on the installation of these televisions. Due to the repeated missed deliveries, the televisions were not installed in time, which directly impacted and ultimately disrupted my planned event. This was both embarrassing and frustrating, as I had relied on the confirmed delivery dates provided by your company. While I understand that unexpected issues can occur, three missed deliveries without resolution or proper notice reflects a serious lack of reliability and customer service. The cumulative effect of lost work time, disrupted personal plans, and lack of accountability has made this experience extremely disappointing.
