    Ordered a 55 inch LG OLED TV along with this wall mount and the installation package on the same order. The TV arrived, the installation crew arrived but no mount until later that day. Had to reschedule the installation for another day as the Lake Forrest, Ca Best Buy really dropped the ball on this one.

    Bracket needed several adjustments once tv was hung. The bracket showed level with a level prior to placing tv on. Seemed over priced.

    Not very robust in its design. Only two lag bolts and cannot be used on a wall with studs 24” on center. The Beat Buy Basics TV mounts are a better value and better construction.

    The Geek Squad that came  to hang TV said the mount would not work. They have in their truck a different one that would work, of course, which was more expensive. However, I am glad they changed rather than trying to use one that would not work properly.
