Would not buy this again if given the choice....would go for a full-motion model for better access to back of TV

The TV mount is great; I’ve owned several of these previously and they work great. I bought two of them, but ended up not being able to use them. Since I didn’t return them within 15 days — even though they were in their factory-sealed original packaging — I got stuck with a chunk of store credit. I spoke to the Best Buy employee online chat department, and they told me that the manager in the store had the final say and the discretion to permit a return past the 15-day window. The manager I got to deal with chose a hardline stance, instead of customer service for a longtime customer (who has bought a ton from BB in the past, and currently holds a Magnolia credit card), and would only allow me to keep the mounts (which I couldn’t use) or accept store credit. Oh well…

There is no "good" direction on how to properly document the correct vertical orientation with the mount and TV such that they end up exactly where you want them vertically. 2. The threaded screws that came with the mount were either too long or way too short. I ended up putting in the optional spacers for non-flat backed TV's to then make the longer screws somewhat fit the depth of the tv (the shorter screws only had about 1.5 thread depth when bottomed out into the back of the tv) 3. Some of the hardware in the kit that it referenced didn't come in the kit (how hard would it have been to put (4) $0.03 screws in the kit and saved me 3 hours of work?
