This is a good product but it does not hold tv tight to the hanger

A few modifications to this model it would be perfect

Had to cancel the whole order because of the setup tht was gonna take two weeks to be accomplished

Wall mount seems to be doing a great job holding the tv up.

Bolt kit did not come with correct length bolts to install mount to back of tv. After trip to the local Depot and buying them out of different length M6 bolts,so a return trip was avoided, product worked just wonderfully.

I confident that this will hold my TV for a very long time.

Does the job, kinda complicated to set up but good overall.

I wanted a basic tilting tv holder and this fit the bill.

Needed this for my man cave tv and it worked out great.

Since Best Buy won't let me review the install service, I have to put this review for the terrible experience under the review for their product. Here goes: I ordered this stuff in June 2020 - TV mount and install service - for my brother who had a stroke. I put it all on my card when I ordered and he paid me back. Install was done a week or two later and was to his liking. So far, so good. A week or so after that my brother asked if I'd paid for the install fee when I ordered, I said yes. He says he paid the installers with cash at the time of the install and asked for the $200 back. So I give it back to him. Along comes the billing problem. For months I receive emails and phone calls to reschedule my service. Remember, the TV is already on the wall in late June, early July. Finally in September I answer the phone and tell the rep the TV was installed months ago. About a week later, I get an email that the part was delivered IN SEPTEMBER and the install was done IN SEPTEMBER, along with a $200 charge to my credit card. I'm sure it's just a small mistake so I call. Customer service won't touch it, they send me to the "back office" for help. Rep tells me he'll look into it and call me back within a few weeks. A month goes by and nothing. I call back, get the "back office" again, same thing: we'll call you back. Nothing. Now two months after the charge, still nothing. Not even an email. I'm sure the original installers are long gone with the cash. I'm certain I'm out the $200 but I hope this review sends a message to anyone wanting something done from Geek Squad. GET RECEIPTS FOR EVERYTHING and document. Better yet, call a real professional. I've copied this review just in case it gets censored or denied because of the type of review. If it doesn't make it to the page, I'll post it somewhere else. Even going to post it in the Geek Squad area.

Tv mount works as it should. A little over priced.

keeps the tv safe and out of the way, which is what is needed

this did the job lust a bit on the hi side of price

Only wish I had purchased the wall mount that also swiveled.

The hardest bracket I’ve ever installed! Directions are fine but this bracket has no give it’s very rigid so once it’s mounted u have about 6” max to get between the tv and the bracket to secure things properly… would only recommend this with a small tv.. do not use it with a bigger tv
