    this tilting product makes it hard to access the back of the tv, we cannot connect the hdmi cables without having to take the tv off the wall mount. it does offer a wide range of positions just not far from the wall

    The kit eventually worked, but it took a trip to the hardware store in order to make it work. What is the issue? The TV used the 6mm thread diameter bolts. The bolt kit included a wide selection of the smaller and larger sized bolts but for the 6mm, only a very short bolt and a very long one. Nothing in between. The TV could not accept either the short (13mm) or long (38mm) bolts in the lower hole. The short bolt would not reach the threads and the long bolt would bottom out - probably into something that could be damaged. It needed a bolt approximately 25mm long. I had to run to the hardware store and purchase a 30mm long bolt and shim it with 3mm of washers to get a good fit. And now I have a ton of bolts left over.

    TV mount holds TV just fine but safety clips broke as soon as I pulled it out of the box.

    It was easy to mount and does the job. I would recommend putting some spacer between it and the wall, such as a 2x4. It was impossible to fit my hands behind it to plug in cords without taking the TV off the mount, even with the spacers provided in the kit.

    Anything heavy like 85”, you will lose the tilt adjustment feature.

    Does not tilt out as far as I would want it to. It is sturdy and serves the purpose - but had hoped it really tilted a bit more. Tilts just barely enough to work with the cords behind the tv.

    I purchased this item, but ultimately returned it as it looked identical to others online for 1/2 the price. The one I ultimately got wasn't terrific either... to me these are all about the same products - little difference between them.
