DID WHAT I WANTED...WAS A LITTLE CLOSER TO THE WALL THAN EXPECTED WHILE TRYING TO CONNECT ANTENNA WIREING ETC,BUT WHEN FINISHED WORKED O.K.

I had the wall mount and tv installed while I was at work. My husband was thrilled to have a working tv in the kitchen, and didn’t notice the profile. Bracket shows quite a bit.

good value nice tilt feature for large 65 inch tv.

This was installed and set up by the Geek Squad. I didn't realize that this kind of wall mount would not allow much access to any of the controls on the back of the set. I'm just glad that I don't need to access them and hope I will never need to.

It's a great product my only concern is that it's very challenging to insert cords in the back of the TV and extremely Ben's records till daybreak also you are unable to adjust the TV up and down it's only to the right and left

Bought this to mount a 55” 4K tv that weighs around 29 lbs. It came mostly assembled and attached to the wall and tv with little effort. When mounted the tv will sit very close to the wall making it hard to attach cables.

Good toner and fair priced for the printer we own.

I purchased the MacBook 2 weeks ago and have been using it to replace my IPad. The size is perfect and a bought an attachment that allows me to use a thumb drive. I have been using it mostly on the web and recently I have been using it for email. I noticed yesterday that the space bar sometimes makes just one space and at other times it moves over 2 spaces when I hit it. You can see this in this review...many places have 2 spaces after a word. I checked for comments on line to see if anyone else is experiencing this and there are several comments about this issue. It is a known and documented issue. I am thinking about returning it as this is a huge problem.

TV sits close to wall - would purchase unit again.

I purchased this mount because my old one was very old and became bent over time. When I got it home, I discovered that it didn't fit how I needed to mount it. The unit looked good and sturdy, it just didn't fit. I returned it back to the store.

I thought I bought a mount that turned a bit from side to side, but this only tilts.

Good wall mount but expensive. Wish It couldve move right and left as well. But it doesn’t have all the motions just tilts down and up and slides right and left but doesn’t actually move the tv in an angle

First time the TV was removed for service, one of the clips was found broken, most likely during installation. I went to my local store to request a warranty replacement and the manager told me I needed to call Geek Squad, who told me my 90 day installation warranty expired (note the warranty on this item says lifetime replacement and installation). Geek squad referred me to Rocketfish who then referred me to the manufacturer who tells me the unit has a 10 year warranty and they will only offer a replacement "if justified". Best buy really failed to deliver on this product. Cannot recommend their products after this experience.

Used this mount for my 32 inch TCL TV. Worked Fine. Some of the hardware could be better quaility though. I broke the head off one of the screws for the mount but its still stable.

I only got this bracket bc I was having Best Buy install them and there was a bundle with free delivery and install of the tv for the price of the mount which was $99.00. Otherwise there are others mounts out there much cheaper.

Not much to say since not able to move it to the front or side way but the price i paid for i should have spend extra $30 and get better quality

Had to return not good for my big tv so went in got the tilting one

The tv looks great mounted with this mount. The one major disadvantage you have with this kind of mount is accessibility to components behind the tv once mounted. A full motion would be nice if I had it to over again.

Installed and then went and purchased slim mount and found that it was so much better value for same price. Would still recommend if you have to put things behind the TV... because they will not fit behind slim mount

Please see my other review for mounting of television service. Short version is that I didn't use the mount. I bought it as the BB salesperson told me that I had to purchase a new mount to get the service of mounting my newly bought TV n the wall. Else they couldn't gauarantee it. The Geek Squad installers said that was untrue and used my existing mount (+1 !). But upon returning the unused / unopened mount, my wife was only able to receive back the sale price, not the full price we paid initially.
