This item cam for free when I paid for $800.00 extended warranty and calibration and installation. I would have wanted it more flush to the wall though. But other than that, it's ok.

Because I purchased the home install, I could not use my own system and had to purchase this one. Wish I could have purchase one from Amazon, cheaper and does the job(previous purchase).

Not sure this is the one they installed. But I paid for it.

Purchased during BF deal. Good unit for simple mount. However, there are still other units at more competitive price.

Opened this and began the install only to find that two of the screws were defective (two that I needed of course). The screw heads were filled with metal. I did not want to go back to the store for an exchange simply because of two screws so I cut slots into the defective screws to use them as flathead screws. Made it work but shouldn't have had to for brand new item. As for the mount itself it is just ok. A little difficult to get the tv to fit securely but it works

This is not very different than the other Chinese made brackets found on other sites, except almost 3x the price. Pretty disappointed with the hardware supplied and the lack of other hardware. Really cheap spacers and screw lengths seemed limited and too short. No wall anchors supplied if you decide you need them. Luckily I had enough spacers, screws, and anchors from other brackets in my tool box that I was able to use to make this work. Does it work ok as is? Yes. But for the price, it is a poor value. There is nothing special about this over others. To top it off, this does not include the side panels shown in the picture which I guess is a different version. To make it worse, Best Buy would not price match from another seller due to the fact that the part number did not include the version number (despite that this is pictured with a different version). But I needed it the same day, so I paid it.

Love the mount. Solid, easy to hang and all the accessories included. My big complaint is it is over priced. After hanging it I was able to find similar mounts for far less money.

We had to return this mount as it was not flexible enough to avoid the glare from the windows. We bought the next step up with fully movable mount and are very happy

Had to drill holes in the mounting bracket do to not lining up with studs and adjustability up-and-down on the large TV are very limited needs a larger vertical brackets

Hard to put together and instructions could be better

So hubby decided to put the tv in the garage since it was sold as an open box, however we have to get WiFi there to test if the mount works!

Bought this to go with my new Samsung 65 inch 4k tv and the included hardware did not work. Ended up going to home depot and lowes to find something that worked.

There are only rhe top two holes that are available to adjust height on our Samsung 65”. Not very forgiving without changing the wall mount.

I ended up taking this back to the store and purchasing a corner mount, swivel bracket on-line for half the price of this basic tilt unit.

It could create a little more space between the tv and wall which allow for more tilt. Overall, it wasn’t terribly expensive and easy to install.

The unit itself is well built but the TV seems loose on the stand. It will not fall but is wiggles and makes me uncomfortable. It also is expensive for what you get.

Mount is discreet and sturdy for my purchase, next time I will purchase a swivel mount, this one only tilts a few degrees.

Not a bad product, but we found that this product does not tilt very far. We could barely tilt it enough to put the cords on our tv.

It's carrying my TV on one place ok but expensive. I bought another one for my other TV from menards with less price plus you can turn the TV to all angles

I wouldn’t recommend for the limitation of only being able to tilt. I needed a mount for a 37 inch tv and this is what was recommended to me. However… I’m not sure it’s going to work and yet I’m now still k rebuying a different mount and paying for install. Too limiting because it was the same price as the mount with more functions.
