Not impressed

I mounted the tv about 18 feet up on a wall and I was quite disappointed at the lack of tilt available on this mount. If I had not spent so much time mounting it so high on the wall, it would have gone back to best buy.

To tight to plug hdmi cables into

My most recent regret

For the money i expected a good mount... i recieved an acceptable mount. Next time i will pursue another manufacturer. It gas little room behind for cable wiring. Tilt feature doesny work very well. Construction seems poor for how simple it is. I would not recommend this item.

Beware not all sizes included on 2020 version

The kit no longer contains M6-20mm, which was what my TV needed. I called technical support and they were confused because the version of the manual they had included those sizes to accommodate my TV. The 2020 version of the product removed this part and no longer works for my TV. Best solution support had was for me to return the item or go purchase the screws at the hardware store.
