Well, when I opened the box, the bolts and washers to attach the support to the TV were missing. I had to go to Lowes to buy the bolts, with the additional hustle, wasting my time. I could expect some wear and tear in the support, but no missing parts. Not the commitment that I would expect from BestBuy
