The actual product isn’t the issue, what’s the issue is it doesn’t come with the screws needed to mount it in drywall. It only comes with screws for concrete! But then the screws for the concrete don’t have anchors! So either way you’ll make a few trips to the hardware store to buy toggle bolts or another screw system to install. I gave up and I’m returning it and bought a different mount system. I can’t chance mounting it incorrectly and one day my tv drops while I’m watching a movie. Smh. Don’t buy this product, PLEASE!!!

The kit didn't have enough variety in the screws provided. The wall bracket prevented access to the TV connection plugs. Very shallow tilt range. Overall poor design for the price!

Nearly damaged television trying to connect devices to the ports in the back of the television. Barely enough room to get my hand back there with fingers spread. Pushing connectors into ports took many tries.

Promises a tilt and you get about 1/2” literally. I installed as the instructions stated and once installed the TV is so flat against the wall I cannot see the thing above my fire place. Fast forward and I purchase a mount that promises 5.5” of tilt. Taking my TV down to install the new mount and this punctures holes in my wall from the top clip connection on the bracket. Overall, this is just trash and doesn’t tilt as indicated. Do yourself a favor and spend the money on a good mount!!!!

This model is ok, but I would not purchase again.

Paid for a tv mount and in wall wire service. I take the day off work. Unpaid to get this done. The 3rd party Mosstech( the suck) company comes out and says oh well. They didn’t give me the wire kit so I can’t do the job. Absolutely horrible. DO NOT USE THEN TO HAVE YOUR TV MOUNTED.
