Paid good money because we just bought a 65” tv and wanted the installer to have an easy go of it. The tv tilts downward all the time. Even when I push it back in place, it continues to slowly, but surely drift downward. Installer followed the instructions closely. Wish I would have bought a cheaper one, but we ended up putting it back on its base and buying a stand for it instead. Thanks, but no thanks.

Okay TV Mounting Bracket

It was sturdy enough, so I ended up replacing it with a stronger more expensive bracket. I used the bracket for my kids 40" Samsung that worked great.

It instructs you to contact manufacturer and they will mail them to you. This is a very expensive product to not include 5 cents worth of plastic. Not only that the screws provided are not common size so I’ve already wasted time at 2 stores looking for the anchors as I was planning on installing new tv. Today. It may be easier to just return this and buy a new one somewhere else that comes with proper mounting hardware.

If you have it set properly and leveled out, once you gently push up any corner of the TV, it will easily fall off the mount. The sliding guides that are supposed to keep it in place are terrible. I wouldn't trust this for any of my TVs. Immediately returned it.

I had to drive to store and go through some headaches before getting the bracket. Then, drove back home so that they can finally install my tv. What a fiasco. Extremely poor customer service. I will never again in the future buy an accessory that need to be installed at the store. Extremely upset.
