I bought this unit on Jan 13, 2019 I didn't get around to installing it right away so my wife paid a guy who didn't use the unit I bought. NOW! 2 weeks later "Mr. Procrastinator" (wife title) I am being told I can't return it. I had until Jan 27th to return this item. REALLY??

Wall mount wouldn't hold the TV on the wall - we had to return it. Geek squad only set up the TV, I had to set up the Wi Fi and router. I would have had to purchase Geek Squad for each item. Since one does not work without the other, this does not make sense.
