the hooks are not very secure, much less for a 55-inch or larger TV

After installing wall bracket and attaching TV to it it is almost impossible to connect cabling to back of TV should have TV brackets more off the wall.

The store insisted I buy theirs or they would not warranty the installation. I understand that, but, they sold me 3, so I could make another trip to return 2.

TV has never been hooked up correctly by Geek Squad, so I cannot rate this product.

Tv mount was a pain to install. The screws and drywall anchors are huge. Which will be a pain later to patch up.

If you want your expensive large screen TV to hang like a picture on the wall then this is for you. We miss having a TV that can be viewed from every angle in our great room.

I have no idea if this product is any good because the Geek Squad didn't show up to install it -- three missed appointments for them/ missed work for me.

I bought this mount and another from another store for half the price to compare build and ease of use. Ended up returning this one.

I returned it. It was an unnecessary purchase, considering the items that came with the tv.

I bought few weeks ago and mounted a 55 inch Samsung 4K tv to my living room wall. The mount is very easy to mount to metal studs. I used 4 sheet metal screws with heavy treads into the 2 studs. I also added 2 toggle screws good for 75 pounds each to one side of wall mount (no stud). No issues the mount is in there like a rock. I have done this on at least 4 tv's of different size. If you don't trust sheet metal screws use toggle bolts. My only issue was the bolts which attach the holders to the tv weren't the length I needed for the depth I want from the wall. Bought longer ones and a few washers to use as shims and customized my death to the wall. I wanted a bit more depth to get my hand behind the tv when mounted to plug and unplug wires. You can also release one of the bottom hinges and pull tv away from wall for the added depth as indicated by another reviewer. I rather not unhook the bottom of one of the hinges but that's an option vs longer bolts and washers and just adding maybe 1/2 inch depth to tv depth to the wall. Overall like this mount a realy sturdy and easy to mount to wall and easy to hang tv as long as second person can help you lift tv to mount. You can also move tv after hanging by inch or so if you need to center on wall. Also good feature. Make sure you tighten side hinge handles which provide the adjustment for the tilt feature. Overall great mount for the money.

Did not need item. Geek Squad returned it to the store for me , and gave me a credit.

This wall mount does not support the bolt pattern of the TCL 42" TV. Returned the mount for a refund.

I returned these because I found a full motion wall mount at Lowes for less money, these were too expensive for what they offered (tilt only)

It is to hard to use took an hour to get on the wall and begging you for helping me with this matter is greatly appreciated

Had to have someone help me since they didn’t put all the pieces in the box when I bought the mount.

did not have the ability to turn, so I returned it.

The tilt is not that much, I had to return it. I needed it to turn more. It’s good if u just need a little bit of a tilt.

Tilting is very minimal. It’s hard to hang the TV and too close to the wall
