Bought my first open box item.... Never again.... Missing parts

Too large (wide) for a 32" TV. The mount extends beyond the edges of the TV.

No good I do not recommend I will no buy this item in the future

Very easy to setup. Good instructions. The only 2 cautions would be that you need to be able to find the studs in your wall and it is easier to hook up the cables before hanging the TV on the mount. Once setup, the TV feels very secure. This mount is made to let you tilt the TV up and down which it does very well. If you need to angle right or left, look for a different mount.

Didn't have all the necessary parts and lacked in quality overall.

No what I expected of this product. I plan to return it.

It was a great price but we had to take it back to Best Buy

poor value for a lot of money. Product hung crooked by geeks

Need to exstend bar to short had to get a larger one

I paid $79.99 for this unit when I bought my LG Smart TV. Original price was $119.99 but the sales guy cut me a break since it was on sale recently and because I would have gone elsewhere to buy a mount before I paid that much for a Best Buy brand. It is actually a good unit and comes with pretty much all of the nuts, bolts, screws that you will need for almost any application. I mounted it myself after running the electrical for the TV and it was simple. My studs were 24" on center so this was one of the few in stock that would work for me. Instructions arent the greatest, but ive hooked up several mounts before and figured it out.

We actually went in to purchase a different brand mount when we came into Best Buy but this one was on sale when we were at the store. This base turned out to be great! It supports our 47" television great and it only took us 30 minutes to install. I really love the fact that this mount had all the tools necessary for different types of walls. It even came with the tools for attaching the mount to brick! We could not be happier with this purchase.

If you want the best of the best and easy to follow instruction, super flat tilting and very close to the wall finish just buy it. The only thing about it is if you are going to install it your self you need a laser level a good one. That way its leveled they way it suposed to be. Mine was almost leveled but i just put a piece of box carton material on the back of one end to leveled the best cause somerimes if you make a little mistake with every mount you cant go back. Other than that excellent. And for $89.99 is better. If you want to go with the 15 i meant next model this one has the feauture to level it after you installed but other than that they are the same.

This is a good product for the money. It is easy to install and it was easy to mount the TV. Markings on the box were confusing.

This is hands down the best wall mount for large tvs. So easy to adjust, center and level TV. Buying a second one now for the bedroom.

I needed to mount a 50 inch plasma on a brick fireplace. My big fear was going to Home Depot to purchase special masonry hardware that would hopefully fit the mounting bracket. To my pleasant surprise the kit had masonry bolts included and great directions to boot! It had like 5 different sets of hardware to cover whatever mounting situation could arise. Very refreshing. What I thought was going to be an all day project took less than an hour.

I was going to get a cheaper non-tilting low profile mount, but the sales person recommended this one. He recomended it because it tilts allowing you to plug in wires without removing the TV. His advice was spot on. I do not see $129.00 worth of material in the mount. But it is well built and it slides sided to side and has a good degree of vertical tilt. Kit includes all mounting hardware, large selection bolts and washers, 4 large lag bolts for mounting to the wall. It did not come with the right bolt/spacer combination for my Samsung 55" Led TV. But I had some from an old kit that worked.

Excellent, exactly what we needed, would buy again for another TV

We bought this to mount a LCD 46" flat screen. The directions were easy to read and understand, there is a great template to help you get the screws in just the right place. Also it comes with numerous screw types so that you can get the right ones to fit your TV. It was easy to assemble, and with two people, hang onto the wall. Great mount for the price!

Great and study product! The tilting feature on the product works very well.

Bought this when on sale $79.99 instead of $99.99. Installation was easy, though did need to buy a stud finder. But that's a useful tool anyway. Stand is sturdy on the while. Recommendation though is to get input/output wires in place before hanging the TV. They're much harder to plug in once the TV is against the wall, even when tilted out. Especially if you are trying to use component inputs where colors and locations are important.
