Good overall tilt mount

It does everything you would expect from a basic tilt mount and that is where I have only rated it good - for the price there are some other bhasic ones that are less expensive. If you find it on sale then it is definitely worth the money

Like any other average quality mounts, this is simple, durable, easy to install, common features like tilt etc. Not worth unless getting in nice deal.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend Strong enough for a grown man to do pull ups!
