The product is great for the purpose

I ended up purcahsig and hanging another TV and not sure what happened but the hooks ended up getting lost. After serval calls to rocketfish I found out that I would have to purchase a whole new unit and that you could not buy spare parts. There are other units out there that are cheaper and to pay another 90 plus dollars did not sit well with me
