    I had to pay for installation at my apartment and it is not cheap. The mount keeps the TV close to the wall. Only tilts top to bottom, not side to side.

    I've istalled about 10 TV mounts in the last couple of years and this one was the only mount that came with a template to mark the position of the lag screws. There are adjustments on the mount to compensate for minor leveling issues once the TV is hanging on the wall, which can make all the difference in the end.
