    Installed a 50" Gateway First Gen Plasma TV on my Garage wall. Weight ~150lbs (US). Did not line up exactlty with Wall Studs. Used 2x4s attached to Wall Studs, then mounted the TV Bracket. It is holding up nicely. No complaints. This is the second one I purchased in two years. Previously mounted a 40" Samsung current Gen Plasma (much lighter)
