    First, may I say that the salesman took plenty of time explaining the item to me. He was patient and gracious. This made my purchase experience so comfortable since I am a senior woman who know nothing about this device. All I knew was I wanted the "thing" you hang on the wall so I can watch my TV n bed when I choose to. It works!
