    Bracket is solid and does have spring loaded release tabs, so if you attach strings that hang below TV u can easly pull on release tabs and remove TV. But all in all the mount is overpriced for what your getting, the old days u at least got a tiny level for those not so DIY'ers. These days its no frills with big bills. Have u looked inside a bag of chips lately, they are half full but double the price. On my soap box sorry.
