Few minor faults

The area in our home designed for placement of the tv was recessed and had an outlet centrally placed, but I had to put this below it because the bracket was not big enough to house the outlet. Otherwise a great product

Tilted just enough for over-the-fireplace tilt downward, but I wouldn't put it much higher than 7' off the ground and expect to tilt it down enough to sit comfortably on the couch and watch TV. Also, didn't come with the correct length bolts to mount the brackets to our new Samsung 8000 series, 65" TV, which called for 43-45mm bolts, so these needed to be purchased separately for about $1/ea x 4.

Total Tech coverage

I feel they have an uncanny way to squeeze out of the commitments f that they make while purchasing. We were told candidly that the installation of TV on our wall (over the fire place) was covered at no additional charges. We were very specific that all the cables will go behind the wall. Totaltech personnel committed that it is indeed covered. When representatives came to our home they refused to put the wires behind the wall. All sorts of excuses were given as usual. If I had known about this I wouldn't have subscribed to this plan in the first place. I would have got it installed by another electrician. Feel frustrated...
