The only issue I had was due to the shape of the Sharp TV. The bottom of the TV is about 2" thicker than the rest so it will not swivel downward as far as it could if the TV was the same thickness.

They were able to run enough cables so we could have a cable company install their box with ease. The price of the TV mount was included in the total price of mounting the TV. Could not be happier with Best Buy Nd the Geek Squad.
