Doesn't swivel, but we didn't need it to have that option. Kind of expensive, but it's good quality. All-in-all, a solid TV mount.

It holds my TV sturdily, and it allows for just enough movement that it makes the TV more than just a moving picture frame on the wall. If you want something that does a basic job and does it well, then check it out.

The area where I mounted my TV is recessed, making it difficult reach the release mechanisms. Before mounting, I attached 2 straps to the release handles and tucked them up behind the TV where I can reach them.

So close in fact that it can be a pain to have to disconnect cables if your hook ups are on the back of the tv. However, if your hdmi hook ups etc, are on the bottom of the tv it makes it much easier.
