    Warning: Don't trust the template. After making sure the template was level, I marked off the holes, along the studs. After screwing in the base, one side was nearly a quarter inch higher thsn the other. I had to remove the base, and had to drill 4 more holes, this time using a tape measure, to get the base installed level. Other than that, it works just fine.
