    I was charged for a complete install but all your techs had to was place our TV on the wall. We had our wall mount yet the installers showed up with another one which was not used, were we charged for that wall mount too? Our Dish TV was not installed yet so the technical setup could not be completed. Not Best Buy’s fault but non the less I believe we were over-charged.
