    It says at best buy only (because it is a best buy product) but it can be found elsewhere for much less. I hate overpaying by nearly 50% markup. Annoying. Even more annoying are the directions, and the support. I found their "help" video online, and comments are disabled, likely because the directions are crappy. It doesn't say where to line up the template, but here's a clue: if you measure the mark for the template to the middle of your TV height, and then the template and resulting bracket is installed with the top at the middle, then the TV will sit 3" lower. The bracket is 6" from top to bottom, but they do not tell you where to align the template - video and booklet shows vertical lines but no horizontal line up. The template doesn't have a hole for the middle to line up to your mark. So I used common sense and adjusted, but how dumb. Called 800#, got the Philippines. They do not offer support even though the help number is printed on each and every page. The number they gave me says the company is closed. Call tomorrow they say. Best buy wants you to pay $200 for support. Umm, for a $60 product that you charged me $100 for? If I had more time to burn (past complaining here) I would take it back and go get a TV mount at Harbor Freight. Instead, I will just buy my next TV/appliance/laptop at Sams Club, Costco, QVC or anywhere else next time.
