I wasn't sure of this would work with my OLED switch so I took a gamble and bought it. Turns out that it did indeed work with the OLED Nintendo Switch and it's great to have in my bedroom in case I want to just stay in and game when I want to have a lazy day in bed lol it's a bit pricey (I would've had this at $30-$40) but come on, we all know Rocketfish isn't exactly cheap but not yet expensive on some items.

I bought this for a backup dock for when we travel or visit other relatives. Very easy to set up. Just requires an outlet for power and one available hdmi port (cable not included) on a TV for hookup. Very happy with this item so far.

Decent Switch dock

The negatives are that it doesn’t use the official Nintendo AC adapter and you can sometimes hear coil whine while charging or playing. If it’s on sale, it’s worth it.

I like how the dock is open in the front and not closed like the official nintendo version. It is easier to conceal cables with this since the outlets are directly behind the unit and not on the side like the nintendo dock.

I prefer this to the one that came with my OLED switch. Perfect for moving the unit from one room to another without having to unplug the dock and set it back up.

This dock is actually the one I prefer over the original dock. Easy, allows more air flow to the device.

However if you have a case on the Switch itself you will have to remove it for the Switch Console to fit into this dock.

I have them pretty much so set up in every TV in the house along with the original bases on other TV so that the kids and us can play our switch on the big TV anywhere we go has been an amazing pick up actually upgrades the quality compared to the original much better if you don’t have the OLED, and does make for a smooth transition with a high definition cable Works well very easy to install.

This one is much smaller and wider base along with the ports directly in the back versus the awkward side angle of the Switch dock
