Though the Switch dock is easier to just drop it into, this feels more secure. I have had zero issues with it over the past year of using it. Even with children jamming the Switch into it over and over. Both it and the Switch are doing amazing.

Whats up with the HDMI plug

Any slight pressure in the wrong direction while pulling on the cord will cause the HDMI metal sleve to come right out still attached to the end of the cord. Other than that it works and got it on sale.

Go with an official model

Pay the 5-10 dollars more and get an official model.
