I arrived when they said the order was filled. I had to notify them online once I arrived. They gave me an estimated time for them to bring it out. They were way off on this part of the purchase. Sat there quite awhile. But other than that it was a good experience. Will purchase this way again.

This means you can't use just the adapter as a charger and made me go for the official version instead. The old Insignia product which looked and was priced the same had a USB-C adapter and was a better product for it.
