Didn't pick up signals

Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This wouldn't pick up signals in the large metro area that I live in where I should have easily pick up at least from the 3 major network towers that are within 15 miles from my house. I tried to position in several locations around the house with no success. I returned the product.
