She is on a third floor apartment with plenty of windows on east and west side of the building. She was not able to pull in any signal from networks and she lives in a major city.

This tiny antenna does a much better job then the big, clumsy antenna we had been using. It picks up a surprisingly large numbers of stations clearly and looks great. It can easily be hidden without compromising the reception.
