I would say at least half the charging speed of the Nintendo branded charger. Which is really weird becuase I would expect that from the car charging connector but this was when I plugged it straight into an outlet.

The output for this is 10W which was an impressive speed in 2015 and is a standard run-of-the-mill charging speed for devices made in 2017. What I would recommend instead is buying a USB C charger that is 30-45W from the phone/charging department. Bonus points if you have a smart phone that uses USBC as you can you any USBC charger for your switch and phone instead of having separate chargers
