ROG ally lets me play all my games from my PC on the go. Great quality screen and controls. Only negative is battery life but I generally play with it plugged in for the boost to performance anyways.

Love it, the ability to play my games mobile and not limited to a single game store is amazing, the 1080p ips 120hz panel is super great, and have not had issues with mine since i bought it open box.

Great portable gaming pc but the battery is lacking. I get about an hour and a half off a fully charged battery.

If you are computer savvy and know what you're getting into this is a pretty solid device. Preforms games well but it gets hot. Really warm. Design was done well and I question some of the layouts. Windows is a weakness and a strength. If you know how to navigate a PC you'll enjoy tinkering to get things working. If you want something that just picks up and plays, get a Steam Deck or a Nintendo Switch. Also, don't buy a MicroSD card. It will fail from whatever reason. It's the main reason there are so many returns of the ROG Ally. ASUS needs to do a recall and fix it.

Love the ROG Ally for the performance. What it lacks is battery. Truly the only thing bringing it down.

Good Item but Best Buy certified open box was poorly handled, it was defective still out of the box and as it eas a gift we did not find ourselves in an easy position to fix it ourselves Otherwise great Product

Very good gaming portability, plays most games well. I like Forza racing. Graphics at 1080p 120hz is enough. Not many issues at all. Works as a regular computer if needed. Great for emulators

I absolutely love it. It is a more than capable gaming handheld. The sd card area does get rather warm though. It makes me worry about its viability. Other than that, i would most definitely recommend.

It’s perfect just perfect it has some of the best performance it’s definitely better than the steam deck Is it worth $700 it’s complicated because you are getting 2x the performance and a better screen so for me it’s worth every penny.

It was a nice device with some cosmetic flaws with "excellent condition". It was a little dirty than expected. I had to clean it. It still worked well but ended up returning it for the legion go. Highly recommended after updating drivers and software. It takes some learning to make it work out the box. Do not expect a console experience. It requires LOTS of tinkering. Battery life isn't that great either but if you're plugged in, it should be amazing! It's like a ps5 in your hands!

Performs very well, nice to not have to check compatibility …can play all my PC games. Feels more solid than switch (probably due to lack of detachable joycons). 512GB isn’t much, so I immediately upgraded to 2TB SSD and 1TB micro SD.

It is very nice and cool and well made with a nice design and nany cool features. It is a good build quality and plays games well.

This is an amazing product. If you are a PC gamer that wants to play anywhere I highly recommend this product. Where the Steam Deck excels the ROG ALLY goes further. Having Windows is both a negative and a positive. Being able to play all your PC games from any launcher is fantastic. ASUS onboard controls and settings are quite accessible and gives you a ton of control on your handheld experience. Battery life sucks we all know it but there enough accessories in the world to overcome this issue.

I love the console because its like a mini computer and i can play various games but the battery does die fairly quick

Very capable gaming handheld , only complaint is battery life. Outside of that it can handle most modern games at playable frame rates.

I have owned the Asus Rog Ally Extreme for over a week. I previously owned the Steam Deck Oled and have been curious about the ARA Extreme since its release. I was on the fence about the ARA because it is a Windows device and battery life. First off, the battery life of the ARA is not great but is comparable to the Steam Deck LCD version. The fan noise is a lot quieter than the Steam Deck OLED and I like that I can control the performance, CPU, etc. I love the color, form factor, and screen. I feel that the device is just enough for the casual gamer that I am. Lastly, Invest in a portable battery for the device. I recommend the Anker 735.

easily runs top AAA s at respectable frame rate. no issues at all. sound quality is mind blowing in games and display is way ahead of Steam Deck. found thumb sticks to feel cheap but in compare to Steam Deck but performance blew me away that I can easily bear with that plus I found windows not be as bad as many reviewer mentioned and infact easier to run multiple game stores and Xbox game pass is a unmatching value if you ever wanted to compare. overall super satisfied and will for sure sell my steam deck! I just wanted to thank Bestbuy for making this conveniently available at my and many other locations. Great purchase that you will never regret if you ever thought about having your games on the go. Can easily replace your desktop computer too!
