Excellent little on the go setup. Surprised the capability to run large developer games. You aren't missing a thing gaming wise with this.

Thought a long while to chose this or the Steam Deck. I ultimately chose this because it was cheaper, but it does not disappoint. Very ideal to use as a portable PC/gaming device. Havent explored the full potential of it yet, but its well worth it if youre looking for a handheld gaming device.

This thing is a beast. Great video and sound quality, and all my games run smooth. I play Call of Duty, Diablo, and more without issues. I wish it had more internal memory

I love this thing. It's taken some time to get it the way I wanted, but people need to look at this device as a windows computer first and handheld second. The same way you setup your gaming laptop is the way you will need to setup this device. Your going to need to setup windows, download and update all drivers, and your going to need to learn how to optimize windows for gaming. I really love this device I have been using it heavily every day since launch and it has worked flawlessly, no crashes, or weird issues. I have a steamdeck and this has replaced it. I recommend this device.

It was good and decent fun to have for the mean time

So far is being good machine, except on turbo mode to be too hot, I really enjoy playing games on it. The sweet spot is to customize to 18 watts on playing games.

This ROG Alley is first gen Z1E so it has proprietary egpu port and only 16gb of ram. But all that aside it’s a solid device you can play many of you old school Steam favorites although it struggles on new AAA titles.

Love gaming on my ROG Ally. I wish the battery lasted longer. But aside from that, I definitely recommend for on the go gaming.

I've had this little guy for a few months now, and it is holding up fantastically. The battery life isn't the best, but I usually have it plugged in so it's not an issue. Overall I would recommend this to others looking for a handheld pc.

The Rog Ally is very great for on the go gameplay. The only thing really negative is the battery life. I recommend buying a power adapter for the car. Other than that its a 10/10

Got this for my son, he was iffy. He soon changed his mind.. Nice handheld..I think it’s better than the steam deck.

For Game Pass Ultimate Subscribers, Emulator Junkies, and overall PC gaming geeks! There’s something here for every type of gamer! A must buy IMO. Windows 11 is sometimes a pain (be sire to keep it updated); but overall, its a known interface for many.

Plays all my steam games xbox game pass and blizzard games runs them great and smooth ,only draw back is the battery life but its expected with the specs!

An amazing piece of computer engineering it runs games great and for how compact it is it put up a pretty good fight as a gaming “computer”

Once you realize what the device actually is and how to properly use it to its advantages, it is awesome and something gamer have dreamed of for decades. Paired with GamePass, you can take entire game titles offline and play them whenever, wherever you want. Hooked up to a monitor and keyboard/mouse and you have a small yet capable desktop. I would recommend trying one out to see how much it can do.

Armory crate is a bit annoying from time to time but all in all this is a powerful little PC as portable as a Switch.

This is a windows device thats come with all the headaches of pc gaming. If you come from pc and want another way to play an endless amount of games on the go, this is a solid opition. Next consider your use case, how long are you going to be away from an power outlet and what kind of games are you going to be plays because the battery life is short! If you got a use case that centers being around a power outlet or playing older/indie this is a great luxary to play on but not a great optio.n if you want this as ur main gaming device

I love this product. Was skeptical of buying because of some known issues but had since been fixed. I bought mine new and haven’t had any of the issues people have had. I’ve clocked 15ish hours on it. I purchased it for a long flight and thought it would be fun to play some games. It worked out great for me and I don’t plan on returning it. Only thing is the controller feel is a bit weird. I would like it to fit my hand a bit better. But the storage is great, battery has performed well for me, the screen is absolutely amazing, doesn’t over heat. I played for 7 hours on a 12 hour flight. I had it plugged in majority of the time and never over heated. Great product, would recommend.

Has been an amazing unit so far beside the SD card reader it has burnt up my card in a day but doesn’t affect anything else and it still works just make sure you do not use it until asus figures out what’s wrong

This little handheld is super powerful. Plays any triple A game at great frame rates. Battery is not that great but i carry a battery pack with me so not to big of a deal breaker i would recommend this to a friend.
