Great handheld. A little fine tuning on mist games but can get most to work. Wish it had usb 4 to connect external graphics card like its pricier brother.

People now day want the perfect product . Only con its the baterry compare to others from the competition. Super fast super powerful i can play anything no problems

I'm very happy with my Ally. It handles all my games perfectly, runs smoothly, and looks beautiful with the lighting effects. I did upgrade the SSD for more storage, and I followed an Asus tutorial to do that and it was super easy. I highly recommend it to gamers who enjoy handheld consoles like the Switch, but want to play a wider variety of games with mods and custom content. It's awesome, I highly recommend!

Amazing portable gaming PC. Running on windows makes the experience not great but games run amazing well.

I thought this would be crap, but oh boy it runs all the latest games great, obviously it won't run 4K Max settings , but runs them great at 720P/1080P Medium which is more than enough for the little screen it gots. The OS being Windows 11 is a big plus cause every launcher from the big names run ,including Steam. Upgraded the Internal SSD to 2TB easily since the bios reinstalls everything with all its drivers directly from Asus servers.

The ASUS ROG Ally really surprises due to its performance on gamming, but also serving as a mobile personal computer. I couldn't recommend it more!!!

Get this. Set up is initially cumbersome because its basically a pc but once you get passed that, it out perfones in every way except battery life.

This is my second time purchasing the ROG and my kids and husband absolutely love it! It’s super fast and reliable. Graphics are outstanding and gaming is smooth! 10 out of 10 would recommend. Definitely worth every penny!

Good handheld for light games. Needs a lot of tweaking if you want to run demanding games and end up having to use lower graphics settings. Battery isnt all that great but it is a gaming computer in the size of a handheld. Ended up returning after seeing so many SD card port problems. My unit wasnt affected but it was only a matter of time.

Fantastic little machine. It runs games great. Only complaint is the battery life, but even that isn't too bad.

Great performance, perfect size, it’s a really useful device. Battery life could be better but physics is what it is.

At the beginning was a little concern of this product but it was at excellent purchase, now I can play on the same games that I have on my Xbox thanks to the play anywhere

Enjoy the unit so far however, purchased 2-3 months ago and the right stick is malfunctioning. Asus support is doing and RMA and it's all under warranty just a bit annoying. Will probably replace with hall effect joysticks later.

Absolutely great product, yes battery could be better, but for weight and size perfectly acceptable.

When running optimized this unit is incredible. This is not a handheld console, this is a handheld pc that utilizes windows to manage your game library. I returned my unit due to a faulty trigger button but I will repurchase once the new model is available. Even though it is not perfect it is a brilliant piece of tech.

My husband sold his steam deck because he likes this device a lot more. He can play almost all his games on this. He plays it every day. No complaints at all.

Literally no need for a gaming pc ! I can run all the games I want to play with my friends and for it to be as easy to use as a Nintendo switch!

Excellent device for portable gaming and an absolute emulation power house I was amazed with how well it ran games straight out of the box (Starfield, Hitman3, Hogwarts etc..) but after some fine tuning and tweaking with a 1600x900 res mod this thing can run almost anything with the right settings mind you this isn't as easy of a setup experience as the steamdeck but it's well worth it especially since it outperforms it by leaps and bounds. I highly recommend investing in larger internal storage down the line since 512gb will go by in a flash.

When I initially got it I was underwhelmed because I only had games that had no controller support but once it got a few games with that support I've been having a blast with it, it very powerful for how small it is I play cyberpunk that's heavily modded and get 40-50 fps. I have been using this way more than I have my laptop and it's a plus that it runs on Windows so you can leave your laptop behind and use this the only downside is the amount of storage but that can be fixed easily.

Great system, but expensive. I would expect it to come with at least a tb storage and better battery life. However, the system is still a great purchase.
