I’m a huge gamer with all the consoles (PS5, XBOX, Switch) but I’m also a new dad and the ROG ally has been perfect for me as it lets me game through streaming and PC GamePass while still spending time with my wife and kids anywhere in the house and during travels.

Its great i get to play some of my pc games on the go!

This is an excellent gaming device! I love that you can access XBOX and PC games without issue. There is a slight delay when playing PS games remotely but its a small price to play from anywhere. Very impressed. I also recommend you upgrade the hard drive to 1TB so best performance.

Start up was a little rocky solely for the amounts of updates you have to do and configuring that needs to be done to actually enjoy the device. But after a couple of hours dedicated to set up, the ROG Ally runs great and im able to play games like COD on the go. You can stream xbox/PS5 games and download xbox games locally.

I got it for my grandson and he Loves it.snd yes I would recommend it to anyone looking to buy something for a young man that’s interested in playing those types of games.

I bought this ASUS ROG Ally for my son. The graphics are good. The sd card readers can be faulty and can fry your sd card. This has happened to his. Still runs fine but do not run games or have sd card in slot while gaming. Would recommend for someone looking for a good handheld game concole.

Very clever creation very pleased. Waighting for a newer model then the next one.

For a small Handheld to run windows this device is a little beast. If you are computer savy you would know how to tinker settings for this device to get everything performing correctly for gaming. There are some pros and cons with the device but everyone’s experience is different but make sure you know what you are getting and do your research.

Love this thing run most of the games I want to play including war zone with no lag or issues

I'm giving it a 4.⁵/5 (that small.5 in intentional). It works excellent for the most part but the memory card issue is what I can't deal with right now. That's the only reason I returned it otherwise it shines in all the games I threw at it. I have a 2021 gaming laptop but it can't deliver the performance that this little guy can.

This console is really good! I feel like there should be a lot more ease in using it for Steam and other game hubs. Games that are fully controller compatibile still seem to have issues with the ROG ally. Overall best device I've ever owned.

Very silent while running on turbo and lightweight, has a crisp 1080p display.

Battery life could be better but it is definitely the Steam Deck killer. It’s so gorgeous and games play so well on it, from emulation of retro titles to current triple a games. I love it!

The console is quit good but requires a bit of technical know how at times the battery is pretty bad but with a decent battery backup you can mitigate this flaw. Overall a worth it buy if you would like a customizable experience.

Love it. Works perfectly, plays everything great. Better preformance than steam deck.

This will run any game you want it to, great value for such little money

Hands down the best purchase I've made in a while. I use this constantly, and everything works out of the box without having to do anything crazy in the settings or to the device to make it decent.

I bought open box excellent the first unit I received was a bit scratched up but I was able to return it locally with no problems and get a mint model. The performance was far better than I thought I can get over 100 fps on low to medium settings on most games. Rhe design looks and feels amazing no issues so far been using for about a month

Its a good product but has a few quirks being the first one in this hopefull series of consoles. Its a good concept. Having trouble playing games. Battery dies super quickly. It comes with alot of memory but with games that take up 200 plus gigs thats nothing in this day in age. I installed a 1t micro sd memory card Having trouble getting games to install on it. This system is so complicated to use but its a handheld computer essentially.
