Rog ally came with charger only no box or anything and was horrible condition. I cleaned it up and decided to keep it. I use it everyday. I love it.

The Best Buy warranty is solid if needed. Picked up a 2TB SSD from Crucial for $64 on Resale too. Great combo. Runs Space Marine 2 and MW3 without issue.

What are you waiting for, go to the nearest bestbuy store and get one

Great hardware held back by mediocre software

The main thing holding it back is buggy software and general os bugs from Windows running on a handheld. But I'd assume most people buying this are aware of the potential windows issues.

I also like that the power button has a fingerprint reader. It just would have been nice to have a trackpad like the Deck and Legion Go have.

Steam Deck or Rog Ally?

Rog Ally is a powerful gaming PC on the palm of your hand. I bought an open box with a defective SD card reader and returned it. Bought a brand new one and I am so happy with it. Since this is a Windows 11, you will need to tweak. Go to Youtube video and you will have your Rog Ally runni g in no time.

Best handheld comp.Way better than the Stream Deck

The power of this thing is crazy. Plays call of duty modern warfare 2 and the multiplayer with out any issues. Plays GTA 5 with out lagging or freezing. Can easily play xbox game pass on this. Haven’t found a game that runs slow on this.

Its currently RMA'd because the SD card reader went bad on it, which is a common issue.

Better than the steam deck

I picked up the extreme model of the ally and with the higher ram and better cpu it plays all the games I enjoy very well. Also its a very customizable device. If you want a good portable gaming device this is a really good one.
