This is the handheld I've been waiting for since I was a kid, very good as a 1st gen device hopefully they will address the battery short life in future generations. This is a beginning of something amazing yet to come.

I picked the Rog Ally for the specs alone. The performance is great with all the games I play. I will say though i prefer the buttons and triggers on the steam deck (feels more natural). Would recommend it.

Powerhouse handheld gaming - worth the purchase. Windows is not without its issues, but that doesn’t take away from what this can do. Own both the Ally and the Steamdeck. Each has its purpose. The only problem I have is I need more storage already. Easy upgrade though. Buy it!

Was hesitant but ended up loving this purchase. It is a windows pc so windows experience is a necessity as it’s setup is more cumbersome than a steamdeck, but I’ve ended up playing on this more than PS5 or PC. The fact this thing can run Cyberpunk at 1080p smoothly still blows my mind.

i like it but it sucked coz i forgot to turn off automatic windows update and had the blue screen of death so i have to do the recovery stuff just after the first 2 days of owning it.. REMEMBER to turn off auto windows update!

Had a lot of fun playing games. Great quality video and audio.

Amazing little thing. I have a gaming PC with 4070Ti on-board. But after I got my Ally, I play diablo 4, cyberpunk and hogwarts laying on the coach. Incredible! Replaced storage to 1 TB because my SD card died on me. So I recommend doing it even before booting it first time. Thanks Asus

I love this device it lives up to my expectations. I don’t have room for a desktop pc and my laptop just became a pain to lug around to were I can play it. A handheld is perfect for me and pc gaming is the only way I play. I don’t have any complaints I am very happy with this product.

I absolutely love this device. From the way it feels in my hands, to how well it runs is great. Ive been able to run Modern Warfare 3 flawlessly in multiplayer, not to mention Starfiled on ultra. I would recommend this device to everyone.

It reminds me of PSP. It works smooth and amazing experience playing game. No lags in any task

Battery life could be better. Windows OS (not asus isse) could be better for handhelds. Being able to play Xbox store, steam, EA, Blizzard etc games on the go is pretty clutch. I still use my steam deck since it has more of a console feel due to Linux but this is a good machine.

Awesome purchase it was a little buggy at first the updates are rolling out and it's getting fixed it's really a great system, liked it so much purchased a 2nd one for my daughter! Fact it's also a mini pc can pair with wireless headphones, mouse and keyboard more money for your purchase!

Amazing device! Definitely a learning curve if just starting out in PC gaming. I only play AAA games and have had very few issues once getting settings properly set up.

Nifty device, powerful, feels good to hold. It didn't quite have the ease of use I was looking for, and not every game plays on it well. Steam games were hit and miss, but Baldurs Gate 3 ran great. Loading up Xbox live games was a real treat, and Forza 4 and 5 played incredibly well. It's also easy to mod, because it's just a literal handheld computer, and I got Fallout: London running smoothly. If it's your jam, go for it. It wasn't for me, but it might be for you.

If you want a handheld that is not a steamdeck, this is hard to beat for the price

There is a lot of controversy about the ROG Ally but mine works flawlessly. No issues what so ever I’m on a road trip and while in the road I was playing CoD with my friends connected to my phone hotspot. It was awesome to be able to do that while the wife was driving. Love this thing

I really loved this for my boyfriend considering we travel a lot due to his job. He is able to bring it everywhere he goes considering it’s a smaller device compared to a ps5 or an Xbox. I definitely would rate this product a 10/10 ⭐️

From the moment i opened the box, i knew i would love the ally. Its perfect for someone that wants to pc game but also travels a lot. The versatility is huge being able to hook up a docking station and any other accessories you could want

This is a rival to the Steam deck and handily beats the current version. 1080p 120hz display is incredible looking and the only game I've come across thus far that scales it back to 30fps is BG3. If you're looking for a top tier handheld mobile PC look no further.

I travel for work frequently (on a plane), and this handheld is great!! I recommend this if you’re tired of the Nintendo Switch, and want a powerful little PC. Honestly, the only issue is you really need to be plugged in to enjoy the full capability. Would recommend!!
