Love it, easy to transport runs just like a pc. One thing is the battery doesn’t last very long usually have to keep it plugged in.

So far so good. Sometimes it's a bit slow even plugged in on turbo mode. But overall it's a good system. It's like a little handheld pc. Just add a manual fan curve to keep it running cooler. Worth getting.

Definitely has the power to play most of your games mobile. The constant updates and small bugs may turn some away from ease if use. If you are wanting a console type of experience, look elsewhere.

Perfect. Perfect performance. I love the armoire crate software, I can’t wait to see them improve even further on that. I love using this as my main PC. I had a sad card issue, and Asus fixed it for FREE and now my SD card works perfectly.

Love this handheld gaming PC. Was a little glitchy at first, but after a couple software updates it works flawlessly. I think Asus really nailed this one!

Although the graphics were amazing and it really operates like a pc, in order to use it as a hand held, it does require a bit of tech knowledge. My son and I never had the courage to mess with the settings to map the buttons to games, and the ROG settings were not as straight forward as they seem. So when we finally tried to do it we ended up messing up a driver. Good thing we were still on time to return it. Its just wasn't for us. Maybe we will try version 2.0 when it comes out.

Replaced a 512 steam deck and love the performance. I have had other windows handhelds in the past, and the fluidity of the this one is miles ahead. I can now play my ubisoft games and download game pass games.

Overall this thing is pretty sweet ive only had a couple of hiccups that ive had to figure out but ovet all it works pretty great

Great Device, much better than the Steam Deck in my opinion. only thing holding it back from 5 stars is Asus's lack of support so far, We've only seen one bios update and it actually made performance worse.

It’s a pc that’s able to be used in handheld mode. It not a plug and play and you do have to adjust settings but when you get the hang of it, it truly is fun. Battery life is expected to be short, like a laptop or anything else. It’s fun and worth if you’re on the go

This handheld is excellent. I can play all my retro games and it even handles many of my newer ones, no problem. The screen is crisp and clear, and the VRR feature ensures a smooth experience while gaming. 10/10, would recomend.

I think this device has a lot of potential if the user experience is improved by the windows 11 handheld OS roll out. I enjoy playing xbox cloud games on this device and look forward to using it on vacation.

The Ally has become my main gaming device. The fans run very quietly and the device is always cool to the touch. The screen is beautiful. As far as handhelds go, Armory Crate has made Windows navigation about as good as its going to get without a touchpad and keyboard.

This item from asus is awesome only gripe is the vents need to be moved in a bit, the heat from said vent burns my finger tip, other than that this item is a steam deck replacer with fun window i love it

Finally a handheld that allows you to play virtually anything! Full windows 11 allows you to play games like call of duty, halo, forza, if you csn play it on a PC you can play on this! Totaly worth every cent!

It isn’t for everyone, but this handheld pc will surprise you. I recommend this to anyone that is already familiar with PC gaming or anyone that wants to tinker with a computer. If you have games on Xbox, steam, or any other platform this will play all your games. It’s quirky because it’s a windows computer. But hopefully Microsoft embraces this crowd and makes a gaming mode that allows for use of the controls in windows. Once you’re in a game you have controller access, and works as designed. Since AAA games are so large I would also recommend a large microSD card or even an external drive if you have a large library you want to play. 512gb is pretty large, but some games can be 100-200 gb.

Yet another half-baked windows handheld from a company notorious for dropping support at a drop of a hat. The SD card slot is still broken, the analog sticks still don't feel great the battery life outside of cloud gaming or playing old roms or very light indie games is non-existent if you wanted this to be your handheld gamepass machine be prepared to play plugged in like you did with the Game Gear back in the 90s.

Performs great! Make sure you turn off screen timeout or you will be upset waking up and your games aren't downloaded.

An excellent handheld device! Play X Box Cloud gaming on it. Non-stop gaming on Call of Duty Black Ops 6.
