The ROG ALLY is my personal favorite handheld it runs super smooth as well as feeling great in your hands. It can run windows 11 which is ok in a sense personally buy a laptop if you are looking to use this as a computer. ROG ALLY has a deep price of around 600$ now in store which is better than paying 800$ on Amazon so recommend buying from Best Buy especially if you are a member. The steam deck is awesome as well for running games but in my experience the ROG ALLY just seems more smooth and versatile. 1 more thing if you get the ROG ALLY make sure to purchase the Z1 xtreme version more storage as well as better software don’t be fooled by the normal and z1 xtreme the Z1 is better.

Doesn't overheat. A trully handheld pc. Battery is great. An all around great product.

This is a fantastic handheld gaming PC. I can run Diablo IV, PGA 2K23, Rocket League and even Vampire Survivors all flawlessly. When you first set it up, look up some guides on YouTube for how to optimize the machine and delete bloat, you'll thank me. Enjoy!

Ive owned a desktop or laptop for gaming dor the last 2 decades, this thing is absolutely worth the money. Takes a little tinkering to get it right, but if tou know your way around windows its not too bad. I use this more than I imagined

The ROG Ally is one of the best pieces of tech I’ve ever bought. Experienced no problems with heat, sd card reader or joy sticks. Expect typical Windows operation. Perfect for people that travel a lot. Pair this device with a portable monitor, keyboard and mouse.

More powerful than the steam deck but can be a little finicky to get working 100% as this is essentially a windows 11 tablet. Definitely add a micro SD card or replace the internal SSD because there is not enough storage.

This is fhe best handheld system and i can tell since i had a steam deck believe me it has all you need and if you want to upgrade the SSD just buy a 2TB and you will be all set. Totally worth the money.

Love my ROG Ally! I got it for myself as an early birthday present and I’ve used it almost daily. It runs BG3 beautifully, doesn’t overheat, easy to hold, and occasionally will dock it on my TV and suddenly get a great PC/console gaming experience.

It's a powerfull machine, nota gonna lie, the battery is not that good, however for a 31 years old, it's good, i like ir more than the steam deck

This the best gaming system I have owned. I can also do some programming on the go along with other stuff thanks to the windows 11. It is very powerful and after couple of bios update I think they have figured out the the problem with the loudness of the fans

Amazing handheld. Best device when compared to steamdeck. Has Windows on it so you can do a lot more with it. Is still limited to what it can do graphics-wise but is well worth every penny for a handheld that can play most games.

Takes a couple days to get the hang of it but once you do its a beautiful sight.

I had bought this a couple of weeks ago and so far I really enjoy using the Rog ally. The speed is pretty good and graphics card is also good as well, but it does takes some time getting used to Armoury Crate.

It’s good. Powerful, I play all the old school emulators like ps2. Brings me back to my younger years. The sticks suck though. Too skinny.

This is the best handheld PC you can get right now. If you want to play PC games with controller support on the go, you will not be disappointed. There are some oddities with navigating windows and such, but apart from that it is amazing.

Plays great compared to Steam Deck, for a reasonable price. Sure, it has some issues here and there out of the box, but nothing that cannot be solved with a simple Windows update and other software updates. Plays all my games smoothly. Would definitely recommend!

This thing is amazing! Yes it has its flaws but for me it’s perfect. Definitely bridges the gap between console and pc, more so than a laptop and all the functionality of one at that. Look for an open box if you’re looking to save!

Kept resetting when playing games on the sd card, and a lot of stuff they need to iron out with updates, Other than that was a good experience. Will purchase again once everything is ironed out.
