So interface is not great, controller buttons don’t seems to carry over if your used to using an Xbox controller with your steam games, I thought using the rog rakiri pro would help alleviate this a little bit but it doesn’t, we are many updates and patches away from being a day one recommendation. I will say hardware and performance are superb but it seems Asus may have shot itself in its own foot with the newest bios which anchors down performance

I did not expect to love this as much as i do. Its so great revisiting a bunch of my older steam games. This thing is an emulation beast. Ive bever been happier

This handheld is amazing how much power they have packed into this formfactor. I purchased this mainly to play Diablo IV on the go, and it has worked admirably. Other games are cool too, I guess.

The extreme edition is awesome. I originally purchased the standard and returned it, but this extreme addition is much faster and plays any game.

I would definitely recommend this product. Graphics are awesome and the price is right! Having a steam deck that i can use with ease on the go is paramount.

Pretty good device overall havnt had an issue with it and the recent bios update they just release made it even better. Would definitely recommend to anyone

The best handheld device you can own..Had a few problems at launch but all the updates fixed them..definately can recommend this device if you a die hard gamer

Great portable pc gaming computer. It isn’t the easiest to get going for games etc unless you are familiar with steam. Need to expand the SSD for more storage.

I didn’t expect a lot from this thing but it blew me away! Plugged in I can get 100 fps in Halo Infinite! I’ve been trying but I haven’t stumped this thing yet!

I'm finally making a dent on my pc (and xbox and ps) games backlog. I can play anything anywhere. Best purchase in years for me. Definitely the top device of 2023.

The concept is really good, but I feel ASUS lied about the capability of the system. It isn’t the end-all be-all SteamDeck killer they made it out to be. The battery’s life is abysmal and the setup was a pain in the butt. Having native XBox GamePass support was the big draw for me, but the iffy performance was too annoying. For $700 I expected more, not a buggy experience. I returned mine as I still prefer the ease of use of my SteamDeck.

Battery life is horrible it will burn your fingers as it heats even the buttons get on on triggers

Customer service was great and the product has had no issues after weeks of play. I bought this after my steamdeck had issues right out of the box and I've had no complaints with the Ally

I had to get this as soon as it was announced. Great specs in a compact size. It can play the latiest games along with the classics through emulation. Very satisfied with my ourchase.

Purchased this looking for a mobile option while traveling for work and staying connected with some of my games in my downtime. Works pretty well and gets the job done.
