The battery is the biggest problem but easily fixed with a portable charger or when playing in your bed have it pluged in

the hands-on pc delivers more than it promises. playing on it is very enjoyable, and doing office work on it is quite satisfying. A version with 2tb of storage would be nice.

Really nice product from Asus, better than a steam deck in terms of raw power. I just wish the battery wasn’t such an issue.

I've been using this device since I purchased it and the only thing that has failed has been the left fan I easily replaced it myself and the device itself has had no other faults highly recommend this to anyone who is on the go near an outlet if you plan on gaming AAA titles

I purchased this for my son and he loves it has worked perfectly no problems what so ever. I’m not a gamer but my son is very happy with the system.

Computer repair technician here. The machine is great, love Asus ROG. The condition was not, as it was listed at open box, and has "inspected by best buy" on the box, but was a faulty unit, with stick drift on the right joystick, and non-functioning speakers. Open box lists full functionality, and minor scuffs or scratches, not a defective system with no cables in the packaging, but that's what I sort of expected from Best Buy (no hate, it happens), so I'm okay with it. Not everything can be checked, and I don't expect someone to be that thorough with a unit they only really need to spend a few minutes with. It makes sense, because it's quantity over quality for best buy, and there no other place to get one of these in person around me. Thankfully it's nothing that I can't fix, and I already had a 65w type c charger for my rog phone, but it worries me to see what would happen if a non computer repair technician were to buy this, expecting what was listed like I was, and not as equiped for the situation. If they offer warranty, I likely wouldn't accept it given the common turnaround time, but again, it happens.

This little thing is amazing. I’ve played spiderman remastered every day since buying. It runs pretty much anything you throw at it, with the right settings.

A great windows based gaming handheld that needs some minor tweaking to get the most out of.

Being a Steamdeck owner the Ally in comparison is far easier to use, generally a better experience and the game library is so much bigger the the Steamdeck and no real issues.

Well it’s as good as the steam deck I don’t know which one I like better yet. Each has its own issue but overall very cool.

Bought as a gift for my wife and she can’t get enough of it. Bought a dock and works just like a pc. Obviously batter life is a little lacking.

Overall good, nice controls, good performance and very Worth

Runs BG3 and RDR2 well. Battery isnt as much a problem for me as I am always near a plug. Windows works great on it and most games run with few issues.
