I use it everyday and I can play high end games on the go. I love it, I bring it almost everywhere with me. It runs my games surprisingly well also. One complaint is that I put a 1tb micro ss card to store games on, but after a week the rog ally ended up frying my sd card. But other than that it works awesome.

I love that I can install any game on this... I want to play overwatch & Cod and other multiplayer with no problems. The only reason I give the 4 Stars because lots of people have issues like the SD card reader software problems. Personally, I have not had those problems. But asus needs to fix those problems

It's amazing to see where we are at with technology these days. I was holding our for a Switch 2 or Steam Deck but when this came out I had to give it a shot. For a handheld to run windows and not cost you $2000 it's a must have. It actually runs games better than my gaming laptop. It feels great in hands as well. It runs every game I own and with game pass you've got access to hundreds of games.

Had to replace my steam deck with this beast! I don't do great reviews but I just want to break it down as quick as possible. This device is so good I'm able to play my favorite game Call of Duty MW3 with no problems or hickups. I'm sure its capable of playing thousands of game with no issue.

The joy this Asus brought to our family is extreme. Boys play gamed all the time. It is convenient and practical. We plug it to TV and two player play.

Everything good except battery. Maximum one and a half hour.

Great handheld device. Can game on the go! Only downside is its poor battery life.

This has been one of the most impressive devices I have EVER used in terms of its capacity. The mere variety of titles and game stores available on this device far exceeds any other device on the market when it comes to the capacity of a handheld. And not to mind that, but the power they were able to pack into this small thing is far beyond what I expected. In all honesty, I never expected to play anything past indie titles, but it has demonstrated time and time again that it is plenty capable of playing AAA games. I have so many things to say about this device and so much praise to give it, but you can’t forget the cons. In reality though, the only real downsides is that a handheld version of windows doesn’t reeeallly exist. There are some differences between the desktop version of windows and this version, but it really doesn’t go past slightly different animations and ever so slightly enlarged icons, etc. Besides that, it works the exact same as your desktop or laptop. Overall, the power of the hardware and versitality of windows create a very impressive and fun device for on the go gaming. I truly can’t wait to see what this market does now that ASUS has set the bar.

Love it, best bang for your buck handheld console.

This device is incredible. Early models had problems with over heating but the people at ASUS have been constantly coming out with updates. Evolving constantly and having suppot that rivals valve. Its your pc in your hands. Running triple A games wont be an issue. Best gaming decision ive ever made. (Pictured with insignia case.)

I love the Asus Rog Ally! This thing rocks. I have been able to play most games I wanted to from steam, EA, Xbox live. Way better than the steam deck.

Love this handheld gaming pc. Is way bettet than i expected. I was expecting it to struggle playing games but that is not the case. It runs like a dream. I use it every night since ive got it. If your looking for a handheld gaming pc this is the right one for you.

It was a perfect handheld it plays every triple A game at 1080p 60+ frames battery lasts long enough all things considered and you can dock it to a Tv!

Mind blowing that we have this much power in such a concise form factor. 65-year old, lifelong gamer who really appreciates this machine for what it is at this price point, but even more for the potential of this unit. This is not a console, though, so not just plug and play, but enjoy the puzzle of setup and make it yours! Oh, and adding XG Mobile makes this a desktop replacer for me!

The power of windows on the go and the driver support and quailty of Asus. Great device and the power to back it up. Played Spiderman Remastered on Steam at 50fps medium settings at 1080p. Dont pass up on Open Box either. I bought my unit open box and you wouldnt tell the difference between this and a new unit.

The ROG Ally is definitely a game changer when on the go. From setting up to powering down, the handheld works great and although there are a few updates that have just released, the handheld gaming device is perfect for those that wanna play their PC games on the go. I would highly recommend getting one!

I have had the Ally since launch and it has played every game I have thrown at it beautifully. Red Dead 2, Fallout 4 and 76, New World and Cyberpunk 2077 all run extremely smooth. I bring it with me everywhere. If you are on the fence about getting one, I highly recommend you look at review videos and tutorials for help. I am an avid PC gamer and I am truly amazed at the performance.

I bought Asus Rog Ally instead of my Steam Deck and it was worth it. Perfomance is great, familiar OS, it fit well. But, I got a standart hardware issue, that I knew - burned SDcard slot, that can't be fixed even ASUS. So I changed internal ssd to 2 tb and leave it.

The Ally is amazing for a PC handheld is really powerful all the software updates keeps making the Ally better and better smooth gameplay handles pretty much any games you throw at it and if you dock it even better you have a full PC 100 % recommend

Crazy holding a powerful PC in my hands! Hands up better than the steamdeck in ALL aspects. Yes i said it. ALL. Dont bother with a micro SD, it’ll fry up any sd card u put in. That’s how powerful it is. If you need all of your games on the go, just upgrade the SSD and you’re set.
