This an incredible device. It’s very hard to put down, and having windows 11 on it, basically means you can do and play pretty much ANYTHING. A literal portable pc. In my opinion worth every penny. Only Con is that the battery can drain very quickly depending on what you’re doing. I can get 1 hour of Diablo 4 on it. If I’m running emulators, 2, maybe 3.

Xbox Cloud gaming works great. Starfield runs fairly well on low settings. Call of Duty MW3 runs great online and usually gets around 100fps. More demanding titles may not play as well. But for what this is it is worth the money.

Great handheld gaming device held back by mediocre battery life at best. If you can deal with limited unplugged gaming time id highly recommend the device. I use it for Diablo 4, Snow Runner, Farming simulator 22, and Construction Simulator, all of which run really well.

Invested in order to play all my emulators in one place whether it be ps1, Nintendo, SNES. Handles with no problem. Also downloaded TLOU and God if war. Play pretty well. Battery life on the AAA games last about 2-3 hours. Highly recommend. Of only it has ps remote play.

Great for portable gaming. Main issue i have with it is both shoulder buttons can not activate at the same time. Not a deal breaker but is an inconvenience. Nice to be able to browse the internet unlike Steam Deck, but also lacking in other aspects.

Read all the reviews about this bad boy and i was a little hesitant at frist but i took a chance on it and it payed off this thing runs every thing I throw at it with little to no problems. The only the i whould say is this thing eats up power. So its best to play plugged in or get a extend power bank.

My first impression of thr Rog was wow. But after using it for a few days, asus need to make it better. The full windows 11 integration is great but the price is too much for what you get. I would expect atleast a 4k screen. Overall, great product. I would definitely recommend.

If you only play steam games, buy the steamdeck. If you play games on any other platform as well as steam, this is the better option. Better performance at higher clocks. Performance at low wattage lags behind the deck slightly. Runs windows, so you can do whatever your PC can do.

ASUS has its up and downs with this device just for the bios alone for fine tuning it and making sure the bios doesnt decrease FPS, so in the long run it would be great for games like modern warfare 2 and below for graphics and def works great for minecraft

Definitely glad I pulled the trigger, but I do wish that it had more power. But if you’re looking to do light gaming, it’s perfect

Powerful portable windows gaming goodness! While I have had the usual difficulties of a first gen product, specifically with the joystick, and I am aware of the potential of SD Card overheating in turbo mode, ASUS is so ng right by me and fixing the issues. Additionally an external dock with SD card reader solves the overheat issue with the cards.

This thing is not for those casual people who want to just pick up a game and play, there will be tinkering in order to get the best experience and let me tell you, the ally delivers and handles everything ive been throwing at it

fun for on trips kinda like my windows laptop but handheld. it been blast i haven't had any of the issues i seen others have mine not had it i did get dbrand case and i say it must for ally.

Very powerful product good connectivity batter life is ok

Its nice but for the price point a little disappointed. Gets really hot and lags on some things. Anytime i want to use an external controller i always have to unpair then repair even if its connected. Graphics are good but embedded controller isnt reall fine tunable.

Asus ROG Ally is a great held held Windows PC with a few flaws but no one is perfect. I have the Steam Deck as well and I put it down when I picked up the ally. If you're on the fence just goto your local Best buy and check out the floor demo. Then you'll be sold like me!

Great pc handheld, only issue is battery life, but im typically near a wall charger anyway.

The rog ally is a fantastic piece of tec. A gaming handheld pc with amazing specs. If you enjoy handheld gaming or want to get into it then I recommend this! But i do recommend saving up for a 2tb ssd card for the ally if you want more space. With games bing over 70+gigs you'll run out of space.
