Very powerful handheld but the batterylife is very poor

Great portable console and awesome alternative to Nintendo Switch and Steam Deck. Only minor complain is the battery life.

this item is great for everything having a portable gaming that i can play anywhere is great steam deck is much more limited in games and things you can do with a windows based device get it !

Premium device. Feels great in hand. But please, to all negative reviews, make sure you fully update the device from Windows update and armory crat as well. I’m happy with the device, and it runs all the games I want over 60fps, in 1080p.

I work and rent a small room out of town so I take this bad boy with me for the week❤️ Also this is my 2nd Open Box Excellent condition purchase I have made from Best Buy and both products been like new

Battery could be better, but with the correct tweaking this handheld is a beast, while keeping the thermals great and the battery lasting between 1:30-2:30

Great device for its age. Don’t purchase those one if your looking. Spend the extra money on the rog ally x. This one would be great if it was cheaper. I did have two issues with the motherboard and now it was returned for exchange but geek squad made it very easy process.

Have patience with config and profile testing. Try not to touch screen while playing. Stick grips help. Hardware case with stand is a must. If you want a portable xbox this is perfect

I think this is great hand held ! Would recommend to anybody. Good battery life Better than expected performance Looks great. The only con so far is that a couple times I’ve booted into the bios a few times when I’ve turned it on.

Able to play all my game pass games and diablo 4 without fail! With a separate power adapter it becomes a whole desktop ready for work on the go as well. Asus regularly updates the machine too, nothing else i can ask from it!

Great replacement for my steam deck, windows is not as bad as they say works pretty smooth & very easy to use. This console feels quality built.

So far, so good. If you're looking for console ease of use you should keep looking but if you have a steam backlog you want to get through this is a good machine. Handles Red Dead 2 shockingly well.

Great handled only complaint is lack of io it does get hot but that was expected ui is a little buggy at times in armoury crate but each up date seems to slowly improve it

This thing is amazing. It lets me play anything my steam deck won't play Sure, the battery isnt the greatest but the technology will only improve from here

Great product. Not really a console experience more like a laptop with a controller attached. And it is running windows. But I have had no problems with mine. Not to say it’s a perfect product but it does what it’s advertised to do

Bought this because it was displayed as the bigger one (more battery and better processor) but got the older one. Then cashier signed me up for a credit card and explained it to me it was like klarna ( or one of the others) got it home was excited to play it (on the go) and found out you have about a hour of gameplay and it’s basically dead… only way to play it is to be plugged in all the time and with the cord it comes with not any other because it’s too slow of a charger. Returned it before 7 days was stuck with credit card.

Really good console for on the go, the only thing is that’s limited for steam o Microsoft account and games, not so good for PlayStation fans

Software is not ready, there are missing drivers that Asus doesn't seem to provide, you have to sit through 4 hours of updates and set-up before you can attempt to play anything, then you'll find a bug that requires a total reinstall of Windows. The set up experience is very very poor. The fan is not "silent" when running the device at a usable power profile. When reviewers called this device "light", I don't know what they were comparing it to.. I find it heavy and cumbersome to use. The SD card slot straight up does not work on my unit. I'd say most of the issues are software related, and until those are fixed (if), hold off on this one. I'm getting better game performance streaming games on a $299 Logitech G Cloud.

Its been very good so far, there are hiccups here and there but its the same with any windows based device. I haven't had any issues myself but I dont use the micro sd slot.
