When hooked up to a dock and/or a tv, provides a great gaming experience! Only con is that, for those not familiar with windows, it can seem a bit overwhelming to keep things updated and running smooth.

The ROG Ally and Legion Go are the only 2 products you should consider buying currently in March 2024. Influencers are lying if they say the opposite. 1080p 30FPS minimum on most games I've tested.

Great Device when it works

I have sent it in for repairs twice and I will be asking best buy for my money back. Instead, buy the Ally X. It doesn't have the same issues.

We certainly understand your disappointment and the inconvenience this may have caused if you need to send the ROG Ally twice for card reader issue. ASUS is an ISO certified company, as a result, all products go into a strict quality manufacturing standard. All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections that ensure each one is trouble-free. We are aware of the card reader problem and this has been resolved by a hardware fix. If you are still experiencing issue, this is random. ASUS provides warranty coverage for the product. We recommend you send the product in for service to determine if this is a hardware issue so this may be resolved immediately. An RMA number is required to send it in for service. The graphics are amazing. It looks better or on par with Playstation 5 graphics. It feels amazing in your hands! Great ergonomics. The sound is amazing as well. Really loud and wraps arounds you! Right now im playing. Street Fighter 6 and the graphics looks amazing. I highly recommend getting this decice. Not only is great for gaming but its also a windos PC. This thing is a beast and it won me over.

I have owned my steam deck for a year now and I'm not sure when I will be playing it next now that I have this. It feels a lot lighter and more comfortable to use and surprisingly using Windows as a touch screen really has been a nice experience. The 1080 resolution also is an amazing upgrade from what the steam deck is running I did not think It would be on a screen this small but it is.
