Terrible customer service at Best Buy

I called the store and they refused to do anything to make it right for me. Also my ROG has killed 2 SD cards alrdy with its SD car slot issue. Great machine besides the SD issue and I would recommend never shopping at Best Buy as they refuse to budge on 2 days beyond the return period to match there huge price reduction. I will be solely doing amazon going forward even tho i have a BBY CC. I will not be shopping at this horrible store with zero customer service

You can customize your keys to whatever you need to better help your game play for comfort and speed! Id recommend this to anyone who travels a lot and doesnt wanna always bring a laptop with them to play most the games they normally play on laptop or pc.

Asus support is doing and RMA and it's all under warranty just a bit annoying. Will probably replace with hall effect joysticks later.

Plays games great, it’s fast, and the cooling system is great. wish the battery was larger though. It plays a while with older titles though. It’s worth it to me.

I can play most of my Steam games, Epic Games Store Games, and Xbox Game Pass games with little hassle. Some run like crap, but even the rather new Lords of the Fallen is totally enjoyable, albeit at 720p.
