ROG ally is works great. Purchased to play unsupported games from the Steam Deck. Other than adjusting profiles for specific games, the system plays as expected. Also purchased due to arthritis in my hands, and struggle to play games with a gaming controller anymore. The spread of the controls works better for me when it comes to gameplay.

Great graphics; gives benefits of gaming without having to purchase expensive laptop or being tied to a stationary console. .

Good product, ergonomics and battery life could be better.

Definitely glad I pulled the trigger, but I do wish that it had more power. But if you’re looking to do light gaming, it’s perfect

Excelent all around device, it would be great if it came with a case. Armory crate works well and should only get better over time. This is a great all around computer you can take anywhere as long as you bring the cable. The Ally plays games very well, the sound is amazing, overall great value.

overall this thing is a beast! the extreme version is what I have and ive been enjoying it so much.

Gave to my son as a christmas gift as we were traveling after the holiday. Spent his free time and on plane playing. He absolutely loves it. He is 21.

Excellent value and performance for the price. Also purchased a monitor and dock, installed Steam and have been playing away. This is my second purchase of this item-loved the first so much I purchased one for a friend.

I liked that it came with windows 11 on it unlike the steam deck but the things i dont like about the rog ally is the fans are somewhat loud and sometimes the battery doesnt charge to 100% and it has issues turning on or off sometimes and the grip on it doesnt feel comfortable

Honest portable pc and works really well perfectly

Love the handheld and ability to play my game pass games while sitting on the sofa watching tv or away from home. My only complaint is I think I have one with the SD card issue. Hopefully, it’ll be fixed soon, but I’m not really too worried because I plan to upgrade the SSD.

This a very good handheld, handles a lot of titles on different low/medium settings. Its currently RMA'd because the SD card reader went bad on it, which is a common issue.

This thing is the coolest, computer and gaming all in one with control of every aspect of the thing, live it, great for on the go, I take it every where.

Love the Rog, can handle most AAA game. Only downside is the battery life.

Unfortunately i have to rate it a 2/5 because of the issues I was dealing with. I purchased this product today and will be returning it tomorrow. I gave it 8 hours of play time and followed everyones suggestions on updates and settings for optimal gameplay. Within 8 hours my system restarted 4 times on its own or was shutting down programs by itself. I noticed a little drift on the left analog stick. Battery life is what it is, about one hour without charge but expect frame rates to drop fast and the system to struggle while running heavy games like spiderman. I really wanted to like it and for this to be my new handheld system. There is still a lot of work to do. I look forward to seeing how much better the technology will improve in the future. This is just the start.

This is great product, the screen quality is amazing, the size is big but not too much to handle, love it!

I like using this when I am traveling. It has been great overall and no problems with it. I don't use it as often as I thought I would but that just comes down to me using a console when I am at home.

fun for on trips kinda like my windows laptop but handheld. it been blast i haven't had any of the issues i seen others have mine not had it i did get dbrand case and i say it must for ally.

The Ally feels good in hand and the speakers are the best of all the current handheld gaming PC systems. I also like that the power button has a fingerprint reader. It just would have been nice to have a trackpad like the Deck and Legion Go have.
