It is thee best handheld device ove come in contact with in recent tech history. Theres plenty of customization options for the device and w11 is a perfect fit. If youre a tech nerd like me, this would def be a needed device to play stationary or on the go!

I personally have not had any problems running anything that has controller support. As long as you understand windows and understand this is not a console but is a full pc you will have a great time with the Ally

It can play every game I have at around 90fps if I change the graphics settings in game. I would buy a power bank if you arent planning on being plugged into a wall.

The fact that it runs on Windows 11 on top of good hardware not only makes it a fantastic handheld but also a potentially very competent desktop replacement. Especially, if you get the (very pricey) XG Mobile. With easy compatibility across multiple platforms, this is easily the best handheld of 2023 so far.

I also like that the power button has a fingerprint reader. It just would have been nice to have a trackpad like the Deck and Legion Go have.

Its a good concept. Having trouble playing games. Battery dies super quickly. It comes with alot of memory but with games that take up 200 plus gigs thats nothing in this day in age. I installed a 1t micro sd memory card Having trouble getting games to install on it. This system is so complicated to use but its a handheld computer essentially.

Overall a worth it buy if you would like a customizable experience.

I picked up the extreme model of the ally and with the higher ram and better cpu it plays all the games I enjoy very well. Also its a very customizable device. If you want a good portable gaming device this is a really good one.

You will have your regular windows bugs since its basically a mini pc. The price is very good for the power that you get. If you want an xbox handheld this is the closest you will probably get.

After spending a little over a week with the Rog Ally, it makes tge dwck obsolete, just like the steam deck made the switch obsolete. What a beast of a handheld and also a beautiful one as well. And it will only get better with time.
