I went into bestbuy the next day though and customer serivce was great and they replaced it with a new unit. No issues so far and it has been playing diablo 4 on high settings no problem along with wow on high settings with no big frame drops. Overall im super happy with my purcase on this unit!

However, a bios update lowered performance by a reported 30%, and micro sd card reader issues, and reports of crackling audio brought a lot of issues to the forefront. After returning my original, I finally have a unit I am happy with. But issues still remain.
